Managing Director

The company is managed by Dennis Haycox who is a chartered health, safety and construction professional with 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as a Building Contractor and 15 years as a health and safety manager. Memberships include Chartered Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH), Chartered Institute of building (CIOB), the Association of project safety (APS) and the Health and Safety Executive monitored Occupational Health and Safety Consultants Register (OHSCR).

Dennis has a strong construction background and has worked as a CDM Coordinator and construction health and safety specialist working client-side and on behalf of contractors on a number of large flagship projects around the country to name but a few:

Associate Consultants

CDM Associates consists of a small team of qualified Health & Safety Consultants drawn from a range of backgrounds, including architectural, civil engineering, building surveying and construction. All of our consultants carried out the role of “CDM Coordinator” under the previous 2007 CDM Regulations and so we are well placed to assist clients in fulfilling their duties to comply with CDM 2015.
